We follow up on all denials. If by any reason, we can't reprocess the claim, we will work with the provider on the best solution.

Ike Pono Medical Billing Hawaii doesn't not provide aithorizations services. We help providers keep track of them.

Once an agreement is signed, we start working on getting all the paperwork done with the clearinghouse and the payers. We usually submit all paperwork in 48hrs and are able to submit claims electronically within 3 weeks. We are able to start submission of paper claims in 24-48hrs after agreement is signed.

Medicare offers options to help you treat patients with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD). Services include medication (like methadone and buprenorphine), counseling, drug testing, and individual and group therapy. They cover counseling and therapy services in person and virtually.
