My name is Cristiane Caleffi. I'm a certified
Medical Billing & Reimbursement Professional. I've been offering medical billing services in Hawaii since 2004. In May 2017, I became certified in professional coding to be able to help current and new clients with coding questions.
Ike Pono's team is passionately committed to the principle that physicians deserve to be paid fairly and promptly for the vital care they provide for their patients.

Types of Billing: We work primarily with Behavioral Health Providers and Facilities. Besides the customary office visits, we also bill for Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), Day Treatment , CCS Encounter Reporting, Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR), Case Management, Methadone, opioid addiction,workers compensation, auto insurance, among others.
Other types of providers we currently serve are:
Family Practice, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Applied behavior analysis (ABA), Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine.
Common Payers: AFL, Aloha Care, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, HMSA, HMAA, Kaiser, Medicare MDX, Medicaid, , Ohana Health Plan, Tricare, Triwest, University Health Alliance, United Healthcare, among others.
